About Us -- How we got started

johnyTech was founded in 2002 with the creation of Encrypted Messenger 1.0 -- now you can. John Hasson, now our VP of Development began working on Encrypted Messenger 1.0 on New Years Day, January 1, 2002. He said he was "kinda bored, and wanted to do something cool." The first version has been downloaded several times (we have not really kept very good track of it -- shame on us). We received requests to make additions to the software, and thus other products and versions were born.

We strive to create software products that make your life better -- not more complicated. Our products have to be intuitive and helpful. Software should make your life better and solve a real problem. If you have any idea's for improvement or even a new product please don't hesitate to contact us. We also provide custom programming on an as needed basis.
